Aspiring I.T. professionals can now benefit from a series of e-learning courses accredited by the Computing Technology Industry Association [CompTIA], thanks to a new and exciting partnership between the organisational body and e-Careers.
Originally founded in 1982, CompTIA now represents the industry voice for the ICT sector, boasting over 2,000 members, 3,000 academic and training partners, and tens of thousands of registered users from across the industry.
e-Careers is the latest training partner to secure CompTIA’s stamp of approval, and now offers a selection of CompTIA accredited I.T and Networking courses – from beginners’ certificates to CompTIA Security+; an internationally recognised certification that demonstrates competency in network and security compliance and operational security threats.
Jazz Gandhum, Managing Director of e-Careers, said: “I am extremely excited about e-Careers’ new partnership with CompTIA, and the accredited ICT e-learning opportunities we are now able to offer as a result.”
“With the evolution of technology and developing digital platforms, skills in ICT and Networking have never been so valued and in-demand. With e-learning courses, aspiring ICT professionals are able to learn and train from any computer or mobile device, which means they can develop their skill set without leaving the office or around existing employment.”
Founded in 2002 and taken over by Jazz Gandhum in 2011, e-Careers offers over 600 e-learning courses via its popular e-learning platform, and over the past six years alone has trained in excess of 425,000 people.
A spokesperson for CompTIA added: “CompTIA prides ourselves on delivering quality ICT certification programs that aid the career development of individual professionals, whilst helping businesses fill technological skills gaps.”
“Working with premium training partners like e-Careers enables CompTIA to provide this level of training and development on a mass scale through an effective edtech model, that is accessible worldwide – which in an ever-evolving digital landscape is well received.”
